If WiFi is down, can the smart tech purifier still function?

Yes! The Purlette purifier will still function independently, as long as it is connected to the power and water supply. The system will continue to monitor water usage and information will be updated on the app when the network is back online.

How often Purlette filters need to be replaced?

The Purlette system will alert owner when a filter needs to be replaced based on the particular consumption habits of your household. User are recommended, on average, to replace the RO filter every 24 months and the hybrid filter every 12 months.

What can Purlette system remove from tap water?

Our 0.0001 μm five-layer reverse osmosis membrane removes up to 99% of total dissolved solids, including lead, cadmium and chromium III. Our patent-pending 4-in-1 Hybrid filter removes suspended particles, stops scaling, reduces flavor of chlorine.

Can I use Purlette for well water filtering?

The Purlette system is designed for the filtering of city water with a TDS level of less than 500. When using well water, the user must install a pre-treatment device on the cold water source and ensure the water source TDS level is below 500 TDS.

Can I connect the Purlette system to my refrigerator water supply line?

It is not recommended. Especially If the refrigerator already has a built-in water filter, the pressure force from the refrigerator filter element can interfere with the Purlette sensor and cause the Purlette system to turn on and off frequently.
